I’ve got a morning routine. Wake up, stretch (yep I’m old), workout out, meditate, journal, family time, podcast, work. It’s pretty concistent. While traveling on business this week I took a run and listened to Nike’s Trained podcast with Michael B Jordan. He talks about what inspires him, how he trains and keeps his mind, body and soul prepared for tough roles. It may sound like a workout junkie podcast, but it’s actualy much more about what inspires us to be our best.
