Prioritizing Your Mental Health at Black Men XCEL

We’re not shy about finding content that helps us as black dads explore the realities of mental health. For too long this concept has been a stigma that hasn’t always faired well for us as dads. Black Enterprise took a strong look at the modern era of black manhood and discussed struggles, triumphs and the realities of mental health in the black community. Malik Yogba of New York Undercover fame (yep - I’m that old…lol) allows for needed vulnerability in his discussion of his own struggles and experience with a serious matter in our community.
