DAVID GOGGINS - HIS STORY AND THE POWER OF VISUALIZATION

David Goggins is a man on a mission.  If you don't know his story, in a nutshell, David had a rough upbringing as a kid.  Not only in his conservative hometown, but also within his home with both physical and mental abuse.  He graduated high school with a 1.6 GPA and at one point in his life weighed over 300 pounds.  Oh and not to mention David discovered he had a congenital heart defect in 2010.  What else could "The Universe" throw at David?  The rest of his story sounds like a man that looked the odds in the eyes and became the only member of the US Armed Forces to complete Navy Seal training, Ranger School and Air Force Tactical Air Controller training.  He's also the 24 hour pull-up record holder, and most notably one of the world's most notable ultramarathon runners.  The man literally completed his first ultramarathon of 100 miles with a foot full of broken bones and failed kidney, but didn't let that stop him.  His interview with Joe Rogan is pretty powerful, honest, and inspiring for B Dads that may feel like they've hit their limit.  His perspective on vizualiation and self talk really charactizes how we really are and can be our only barriers to unforeseen success.
